1. Responsibility for Damages
   •    Shark Detailer is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle prior to performing the service.
   •    It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of service completion.
   •    This is the appropriate time to report any concerns, dissatisfaction, or request reasonable adjustments.
   •    Once the vehicle has been accepted, Shark Detailer will not be held responsible for any future claims or complaints related to the service.

2. Cancellations
   •    If the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost will apply.
   •    This cancellation fee is non-refundable.

3. Call and Message Recording
   •    All phone calls, text messages, and digital communications may be recorded and monitored for quality control and training purposes.

4. Pricing
   •    All prices are estimates and not final.
   •    Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, and level of contamination of the vehicle at the time of service.

   •    Payment method information
   •    All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
   •    Personal data is retained only while you remain an active client.
